Hi, I’m Anastasia,

I believe everyone should have the chance to re-write their story. Together, we’ll write your next chapter.

My own story and life experiences laid the foundation for my career as a therapist. Even at a young age, I realized I had loads of empathy for others. I felt things deeply, sometimes to the point of feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Sometimes that led to overthinking my relationships, a lot of times that led to worrying and feeling out of control. And I didn’t like feeling that way.

Eventually, this led me on a personal journey to find a balance between connection and independence, security and freedom, and embracing the power of making choices that could change the direction of my life, even if I wasn’t always feeling it.

That inspiration has brought me here. I love supporting others working to transform their lives. I help my clients break out of unhealthy patterns, ease the struggle and learn to live from a place of calm and happiness.

Approach

My practice is rooted in attachment theory. So much of how we understand ourselves and others comes from our experience with the world around us and our earliest relationships. I work from a holistic, person-centered approach, intent on meeting my clients where they are with compassion, curiosity, and creativity. I utilize various theoretical interventions depending on client goals, and am sex positive, body positive, trauma informed, open/poly/ENM friendly and identity affirming.

Virtual Teletherapy

Convenient and Secure

Life is busy. Therapy doesn’t have to be one more chore to cross off your growing to do list. You can attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your home with zero commute. All counseling sessions are hosted via a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform.

Extended sessions available upon request.

I can be found following a new theater debut, hiking through forests and deserts near and far while dreaming of the beach, laughing with family and friends, and trying to score reservations for the impossible to get into restaurants.
